3. Installation

4. How to judge aviation obstruction lights as qualified products?

After receiving the application, the Civil Aviation Administration will evaluate the inspection agency, and if it meets the conditions, it will be recognized and announced in the form of a notice; if the conditions are not met, the applicant will be notified in writing and the reasons will be explained.

Article 19 Inspection agencies are encouraged to strengthen research on airport equipment inspection methods and continuously improve their inspection capabilities and levels.

Article 20 The inspection agency may submit comments or suggestions to the Civil Aviation Administration on relevant standards and technical specifications.

Article 21 The inspection agency and its staff shall not accept any funding that may affect the conclusion of the inspection, and shall not resort to falsification during the inspection.

Article 22 When the inspection agency's inspection capability is reduced to the extent that it is unable to perform the inspection work or the relevant qualifications are cancelled, it shall promptly report to the Civil Aviation Administration. The Civil Aviation Administration cancelled the confirmation and announced it in the form of a notice.


5. Standard

Whether the light intensity of the aviation obstruction light meets the standard will directly affect the judgment of the pilots.
