Air Guilin: Will withdraw from Fortune Wings Club frequent flyer program from December 3
Guilin Airlines announced that Guilin Airlines (GT) will withdraw from the frequent flyer program cooperation with Fortune Wings Club starting from December 3, 2023 (inclusive). Guilin Airlines and Fortune Wings Club will continue to work closely during the transition period (December 3, 2023 - June 2, 2024) to ensure a smooth transition for passengers and partners. The relevant matters are now additionally announced as follows:
1. After Air Guilin withdraws from the Fortune Wings Club frequent flyer program, the rights and interests of non-member passengers will not be affected.

2. During the transition period, the mileage accumulation, retroactive registration and redemption rights of Fortune Wings members are as follows:
1. Mileage accumulation and retroactive registration
Fortune Wings members who take Guilin Air flights before December 2, 2023 (inclusive) can still accumulate Fortune Wings miles normally. In the event of missed mileage registration, members can apply for mileage re-creditation within 6 months after flight departure. No mileage will be accumulated for flights with Guilin Air flight date after December 3, 2023 (inclusive).
2. Mileage redemption
Fortune Wings members can redeem Guilin Airlines flexible award tickets before December 2, 2023 (inclusive). If Fortune Wings members have redeemed Guilin Air tickets before December 2, 2023 (inclusive), they can redeem Guilin Air tickets after December 3, 2023 (inclusive). For flexible award tickets, if Fortune Wings members choose to continue flying, Guilin Air will not provide any Fortune Wings member-exclusive benefits and services (including but not limited to VIP lounges, shuttle buses, front row seats, etc.); if members do not agree, they can contact Fortune Wings Contact the club for a full refund of miles.
3. Exclusive offers and services
Starting from December 3, 2023 (inclusive), when Fortune Wings members purchase Air Guilin tickets, Air Guilin will not provide any exclusive discounts and services for Fortune Wings members.
