Civil Aviation Resource Network September 14, 2022 News: According to CCTV news, on September 14, local time, a plane of India Express Airlines at Muscat International Airport in the capital of Oman suddenly emitted thick smoke before taking off, and passengers were killed. At least 14 passengers were injured as emergency slides were used to evacuate.


It is understood that the plane was originally scheduled to fly to Cochin, India on the morning of the 14th.


The Oman Civil Aviation Authority issued a notice saying that the current situation is being handled by experts, and the safety of airports, passengers and air traffic has not been affected by the incident.
