By optimizing the entire process of receiving, security inspection, palletizing, transshipment, and loading, and reducing ground transshipment waiting time, flowers were inspected upon arrival, quickly stored, prioritized for loading, and promptly dispatched. A dedicated flower handling area was set up within the cargo terminal, where staff strictly adhered to specific operational procedures such as handling flowers with care to prevent damage and ensure that every romantic gesture was delivered fresh.
