China Eastern Airlines held its 2025 Winter/Spring Flight Season Promotion Conference, highlighting the expansion of its international route network and the upgrading of its multimodal transport services.

On October 28, 2025, Civil Aviation Resource Network reported that China Eastern Airlines held its 2025 winter/spring flight season promotion conference. Nearly 100 representatives from the Argentine Consulate, Tourism New Zealand, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, core channel partners, travel agencies, and major corporate clients in Shanghai, Suzhou, Nantong, and Jiaxing attended the conference to discuss new opportunities for international network expansion and service product upgrades.
At the conference, China Eastern Airlines introduced its 2025 winter/spring flight schedule, focusing on new routes, channel policies, and customer product policies. In the new season, China Eastern will launch several international routes: the Shanghai-Delhi route will resume on November 9; the Beijing Daxing-Muscat route will launch on November 30; and the Shanghai-Buenos Aires route will open on December 4.
It is worth mentioning that this Shanghai-New Zealand-Argentina route will achieve "six continents of service," marking a strategic upgrade for China Eastern Airlines' global route network from "point-to-point" to "hub-and-spoke" and "intercontinental intermodal transport." China Eastern thus becomes the first airline in China to operate flights to all six continents and leads the world in the number of international destinations served.
Regarding services and products, China Eastern actively integrates into the Yangtze River Delta integration development process. China Eastern has established an "China Eastern Air-Rail Intermodal Transfer Service Center" at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to facilitate efficient transfers for passengers. Simultaneously, it has launched multimodal transport products covering "air-bus intermodal transport, air-rail intermodal transport, air-air intermodal transport, and air-sea intermodal transport," supporting one-stop ticketing and convenient travel for passengers. In the future, China Eastern will also launch a "Yangtze River Delta Seamless Travel Zone," providing value-added services such as door-to-door baggage handling and parking, creating a seamless transfer experience for passengers that "frees up their hands and makes travel convenient."
The atmosphere at the event was lively, with channel partners, travel agencies, and customer representatives actively participating in interactive exchanges. The Argentine Consulate, Tourism New Zealand, and the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Culture and Tourism also gave special presentations.
