On October 29, 2025, Civil Aviation Resource Network reported that the launching ceremony for the East China Branch of China Eastern Airlines Logistics was held in Nanjing. This is an important measure for China Eastern Airlines Logistics, as a "national team" in air logistics, to align with the "15th Five-Year Plan," deeply serve the national regional development strategy, and solidly advance the layout of its national logistics network.
In recent years, China Eastern Airlines Logistics has continuously optimized its cross-regional logistics network architecture, with Shanghai as the core and Shenzhen as a secondary hub. Previously, it had formed four major regional strategic pillars in South China, North China, Southwest China, and Northwest China. The establishment of the East China Branch further strengthens the comprehensive coverage of China Eastern Airlines Logistics' regional reform, realizing a strategic expansion from "point" to "area" in East China, and a service leap from "single" to "comprehensive."
