This route is unusual - it is currently the longest direct international passenger route in CHINA, and the only direct passenger route from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to Mexico and even Latin America.
Flight CZ8031 landed at the Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico City. A high-standard Watergate welcome ceremony was held locally. The Chinese Ambassador to Mexico Zhang Run, the Minister of Tourism of Mexico and others greeted the flight at the airport.

Outbound flight CZ8031 is operated every Tuesday and Saturday, departing from Shenzhen at 21:00 Beijing time and arriving in Mexico City at 23:00 local time. The return trip CZ8032 is performed every Wednesday and Sunday, taking off from Mexico City at 01:00 local time, with a technical stop in Tijuana, and arriving in Shenzhen at 12:20 Beijing time the next day.
