On November 14, 2025, Civil Aviation Resource Network reported that Embraer successfully held its 2025 Aviation Market Seminar in Huizhou on November 13. The event brought together senior executives from domestic and international airlines, industry experts, and representatives from aviation associations, consulting firms, and financial institutions. Against the backdrop of intensified competition and the expansion of the high-speed rail network, this seminar provided an important platform for exchange to promote the strategic transformation and sustainable development of China's civil aviation industry.

The seminar featured several informative keynote speeches, panel discussions, and fireside chats, focusing on airline business strategies, network expansion, and how to accurately tap into untapped opportunities in China's rapidly evolving aviation market. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on how optimized operating models and appropriately sized aircraft can enhance network flexibility, improve operational economics, and effectively meet the growing emerging demands of second- and third-tier cities.

Rodrigo Silva e Souza, Vice President of Global Commercial Aviation Markets at Embraer, stated, "The success of this aviation market seminar reaffirms our strong commitment to fostering in-depth dialogue within the Chinese aviation industry. In a dynamic and strategically important market like China, deepening cooperation is crucial for addressing structural challenges and building a more profitable and resilient industry ecosystem. After a full day of in-depth discussions, we are even more convinced that modern, small, narrow-body aircraft have enormous potential to improve operational efficiency and network connectivity, helping airlines tap into broader emerging market demands and ultimately enhance their profitability."

During the event, Embraer also released its latest China market report, "Breaking Through in the Context of Anti-Involution." Supported by data, the report presents key insights and provides strategic recommendations for airlines to improve pricing power, strategically expand into "blue ocean" markets, and differentiate their fleets through appropriately sized aircraft.

As the first event in a series of conferences planned every two years, the Embraer Aviation Market Seminar successfully built a platform to promote industry collaboration, drive forward-looking industry dialogue, and inject momentum into the long-term development of the civil aviation industry.
