This includes optimizing the functional layout of the Baiyun International Airport terminal area and implementing the renovation of Terminal 1. Furthermore, it aims to improve the transportation network of Terminal 3 and promote the establishment of air-rail intermodal service centers at Baiyun Station, Financial City Station, and Guangzhou North Station, providing "transfer+" value-added services such as check-in and baggage handling. The plan also promotes the implementation of the Greater Bay Area airspace planning, striving for more airspace, traffic rights, and slot resources, and improving peak-hour capacity standards.
