According to reports, the following three types of corporate entities and venue operations will not be affected:

Companies that provide basic public services such as water, electricity, natural gas, fuel, telecommunications, public transportation, and garbage collection, as well as service companies such as hotel accommodation, cleaning, property management, wholesale and transportation of daily necessities required to maintain the necessary operations of society entities and venues;
2. Markets, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, health services and other corporate entities and places necessary to maintain residents' lives;
3. Corporate entities and sites that have been exceptionally approved by the competent authority.
In addition, the Chief Executive has earlier instructed that entertainment venues such as cinemas, beauty salons, bars and swimming pools open to the public will continue to be closed; restaurants and other places can only provide takeaways, not dine-in.
The instructions also mentioned that all residents should stay at home and wear masks when they must go out for necessary work, purchasing living supplies, nucleic acid testing or other emergency reasons.
