On July 3, 2026, Civil Aviation Resource Network reported that a Phenom 100 business jet collided with a box truck on the taxiway at Raleigh-Durham International Airport in the United States on the afternoon of July 1, local time.

It is understood that the Phenom 100 belongs to Nicholas Air and had two people on board at the time.

Airport authorities confirmed that neither the two people on board nor the truck driver were injured.

Video footage from the scene shows severe damage to the nose of the aircraft. The airport was closed for approximately one hour due to the accident, and several inbound flights were diverted to other airports. The airport subsequently reopened.

The FAA stated that at the time of the incident, the truck was crossing a taxiway via a service road, which was outside air traffic control.
