Three Iranian airlines placed on U.S. control list for providing cargo services to Russia

On September 19, local time, the U.S. Department of Commerce said it would add three Boeing 747 aircraft operated by three Iranian airlines that provide cargo services to Russia to the list of aircraft that violate U.S. export controls.
The U.S. Commerce Department said the three planes found were the first Iranian planes identified as violating export controls. The operations of the three Iranian airlines that operate the planes are already restricted by the U.S. government.
