Visa-free regime between Kazakhstan and China will come into effect on November 10
According to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China, the "Agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the People's Republic of China" signed in Xi'an, China, on May 17, 2023, will take effect on November 10, 2023.
According to Article 1 of the agreement, citizens of the two countries are exempted from visas for personal affairs, tourism, medical care, international transportation, transit and business purposes. A single stay shall not exceed 30 days from the date of entry, and a cumulative stay shall not exceed 90 days in every 180 days.

Citizens who need to stay for more than 30 days must apply for an entry visa of the corresponding type in advance. The visa exemption system does not apply to work, study and missionary work.
