Another accident occurs at Haneda Airport, Japan Marine Insurance plane is hit by a vehicle
According to Japan's "Yomiuri Shimbun" report, on January 4, local time, a Japan Coast Guard aircraft had another accident at Tokyo Haneda Airport.
Sources said that at about 6 pm that day, the Coast Guard aircraft was parked between the international terminal and the airport's runway B and was hit by a ground operation vehicle of a Japan Airlines subsidiary.

There was no one on board the Coast Guard plane at the time of the incident. The plane's wings were cracked due to the collision and it is currently unable to fly.
Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is investigating the accident.
According to reports, the Coast Guard aircraft that caused the accident was a Gulfstream aircraft, affiliated to the Haneda Air Base of the Japan Coast Guard. It is said to be "equipped with high-performance radar and infrared detection devices and can conduct long-distance flights between Japan and the United States."
