A small plane crashed near Austin, Texas, on the evening of April 30, local time, killing all five people on board.
The Cessna 421C crashed approximately 40 miles southwest of Austin at around 11 p.m. local time.
A local judge stated that, based on the current investigation, there is no indication of a mid-air collision. Another aircraft flying nearby landed safely in New Brunsfels. The identities of the victims have not yet been released, and authorities are contacting their families.
The FAA and NTSB have received the accident report and will investigate the cause of the crash.
