Emirates and AC Milan extend long-term partnership

Emirates and AC Milan have announced the extension of their long-term partnership. Emirates will continue as the official airline and lead partner of the Rossoneri, a successful partnership that the two parties have enjoyed for more than 15 years.
Emirates' iconic "Fly Better" logo will continue to appear on the jerseys of AC Milan men's first team players in all seasons. The Emirates brand logo will also appear on the youth jerseys of AC Milan's national and international youth training camps around the world, with the aim of spreading the positive meaning of football through various activities of the club's youth training camps.
In addition to the continued appearance of the Emirates brand on the chests of AC Milan players' shirts, the agreement will also continue to include the prominent display of the Emirates iconic brand at the San Siro Stadium, as well as the rights and interests of VIP reception, ticketing and other marketing.
Emirates signed a sponsorship agreement with AC Milan for the first time in September 2007. The following year, the relationship between the two parties was upgraded to a top sponsor. The shirt sponsorship deal, which debuted in the 2010/2011 season, links Emirates with millions of Rossoneri fans around the world. Since then, Emirates has appeared on the jerseys of players in AC Milan's 590 official games, and a total of 967 goals have been scored by players wearing Emirates jerseys.

This partnership also reaffirms Emirates' commitment to the Italian market, which the airline has served for more than 30 years. Emirates currently operates 44 weekly flights from Italy, covering the country's four gateway cities: Milan, Rome, Venice and Bologna.
Emirates also supports a number of high-profile football clubs and competitions, including Arsenal, Lyon, Real Madrid, Hamburg, Olympiacos, Benfica, Emirates FA Cup and AFC.
