He Dongfeng introduced that the number of aircraft flying around the world every day is 100,000, carrying 4 billion passengers every year. After 15 years of innovation and development, the product lineage of the ARJ21 regional airliner, the C919 medium and short-range narrow-body airliner, and the C929 medium- and long-range wide-body airliner has been initially formed.
The C919 has a range of 5,555 kilometers. It obtained the type certificate from the Civil Aviation Administration of China in September last year and was delivered to its first customer. It achieved commercial operation on May 28 this year. Currently, 2 aircraft have been delivered, and orders have reached 1,061.
ARJ21 has now put 112 aircraft on the market, and there are currently 775 orders. The first overseas user is Indonesian Air Asia, which not only flies within Indonesia, but also opens routes from Indonesia to Malaysia, Singapore, etc., and has safely carried a total of 8.6 million passengers.
The C929 is our first intercontinental jetliner, with a seating capacity of 250 to 350 and a range of 12,000 kilometers. It is currently in the preliminary design stage.
