Regarding the joint meeting on ticket overbooking conducted on July 24 by the consumer associations of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, our company, after learning about the live broadcast of the meeting through the consumer associations' public channels, proactively arranged for personnel to watch and learn online. Immediately after the meeting, we sent personnel to the consumer associations to report and explain the situation in person.
After a comprehensive self-examination, we sincerely accept the criticism regarding the shortcomings reflected in the meeting, will make comprehensive rectifications, prevent similar situations from recurring, and extend our sincere apologies to our passengers and the consumer associations.
