According to foreign media reports, on September 14 local time, a Delta Air Lines international flight from Quito, Ecuador to Atlanta encountered turbulence during the flight, causing severe turbulence on the fuselage, resulting in minor injuries to three flight attendants on board.

 

Delta Air Lines confirmed to NBC News that the flight involved was flight DL632, a Boeing 767-300 with 206 passengers on board. Despite being injured, the three flight attendants continued to perform their duties throughout the flight. Delta Air Lines emphasized that the safety of passengers and crew is its top priority.

The flight reportedly landed safely at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Upon arrival, medical personnel boarded the aircraft and examined the three injured flight attendants.

Officials have not yet disclosed the exact time of the incident or whether the seatbelt sign was on at the time of the incident.
