1. Bangladesh will purchase 25 Boeing aircraft

Just as Bangladesh prepares to start the final round of negotiations with the United States on a proposal to impose a 35% reciprocal tariff on exports, the government plans to purchase 25 aircraft from Boeing. Bangladeshi officials said the move is intended to "sweeten the deal" on the eve of key negotiations in Washington.

2. EU airports will remove the 100ml liquid limit on carry-on luggage

Airports within the EU can now remove the 100ml liquid carry-on limit, provided that they are equipped with new security scanning equipment - this will end one of the most troubling regulations in airport security. The new regulations apply to European airports equipped with advanced CT scanning systems. Passengers at airports that meet the requirements will be able to carry a single piece of liquid not exceeding 2 liters on board in the future.

3. Lufthansa suspends flights to Kazakhstan due to aircraft shortage

Lufthansa has announced that it will suspend flights to Kazakhstan for five months from October 26, 2025 to March 29, 2026. The reasons for the suspension include: increased costs due to detouring Russian airspace; shortage of fleet aircraft, delayed delivery of new aircraft and spare parts; seasonal decline in passenger traffic.

5. Investigation report: One engine was still running when the Jeju Air plane crashed
