On May 15th local time, a Qantas Boeing 787-9 aircraft made an emergency landing mid-flight after a passenger bit a flight attendant.
Qantas flight QF21, en route from Melbourne to Dallas, experienced unusual behavior during the flight, with a passenger biting a flight attendant. The flight was immediately diverted to Tahiti.
After a layover of over three hours in Tahiti, the flight resumed its journey to Dallas.
This route, spanning over 14,400 kilometers, is the fifth longest non-stop flight in the world.
