This month, a funny incident occurred at gate A31 of Salt Lake City International Airport in the United States. A Delta Air Lines flight had two empty first-class seats, but all passengers on the upgrade waitlist had already been seated, while economy class was overbooked.
To decide who would get the two upgrade slots, the gate staff had a brilliant idea: they organized an impromptu breakdancing competition.
The staff announced to passengers over the intercom:
"I need two passengers for first class. Who's willing to breakdance to win a seat? Anyone? It's a free upgrade, all I need is for you guys to 'blow' the crowd!"
At the staff's urging, two passengers stepped forward: a man in a white hoodie and sweatpants, and a woman in dark clothing.
The atmosphere instantly ignited, with laughter and thunderous applause from the surrounding passengers. Ultimately, both "dancers" seemed to have won the competition, earning their "tickets" to first class.
