According to AVIC General Aviation, the third batch-produced AG600 aircraft (AC1103) recently rolled off the assembly line.

Since AC1103's transfer to System Integration Station 41 in early July, the AVIC General Aviation South China integrated manufacturing team has overcome numerous challenges, including tight assembly schedules and multiple concurrent operations, to complete system installation in two months. Throughout the assembly process, the integrated manufacturing team strictly adhered to batch production standards, optimized assembly processes, and rigorously controlled product quality. They implemented targeted solutions for key challenges such as sealing, excess material control, and product protection, continuously carried out regular, specialized quality improvement efforts, and worked closely with the Flight Test Center team. Through joint efforts, they systematically analyzed the process flow from the rollout of AC1101 and AC1102 aircraft to their delivery for flight test, efficiently identifying key issues and optimizing details.

Subsequently, AVIC General Aviation will proceed with all preparatory work leading up to the 1103 aircraft test flight in an orderly manner, in accordance with the annual mission plan. The effort will ensure the smooth and efficient progress of subsequent test flights, contributing to the early mass delivery of the AG600 aircraft and the development of a national aviation emergency rescue service system.

In 2025, the AG600 aircraft achieved a series of major milestones: on April 20, it was awarded the Type Certificate (TC) by the Civil Aviation Administration of China; in May, the first batch-produced aircraft (1101) rolled off the assembly line and completed production flight testing; on June 11, it received the Production Certificate (PC), officially entering the mass production phase; and in August, the second batch-produced aircraft (1102) rolled off the assembly line and completed production flight testing.
