According to social media platform @fl360aero, on the afternoon of September 11th, an Airbus A321XLR aircraft (registration number G-XLRA) operated by Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air experienced a tail strike while landing at Prague Airport.

The potentially dangerous situation was captured by surveillance cameras on the airport's main runway.

The flight arrived from London Gatwick Airport, and no passengers were injured in the incident.

The A321XLR aircraft was delivered to Wizz Air in May of this year, the first of 47 ordered. Wizz Air is also the first low-cost airline in Europe to operate this aircraft type.
