On June 12, 2026, Civil Aviation Resource Network reported that a Turkish Airlines Boeing 777 passenger plane was involved in a ground collision at Antalya Airport on June 11 local time. While taxiing to its designated parking position, the aircraft's right wing collided with a ground-based radar antenna tower.
Images circulating on social media show what appears to be damage to the right wingtip area of the aircraft. Additionally, a large hole was punched in the fuselage skin by the radar antenna tower.
